Staff were attentive, hotel was clean, set in fairly quiet area so close to lake, the highway. Food was fine and we loved the variety.

Planned to see Bordeaux major attractions and it was nice place for visiting all of them. Efficient staff members were at reception desk. We ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast.

I liked expert stuff, absolutely perfect location. The bed was great and it was great having balcony, terrace and under-floor heating. Such a superb service too. Besides, it had fine internet, handy to surf the net.

Room had a huge bathroom that we appreciated. Parking on site was provided. Hot drinks, free wifi where a nice surprise.
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

Fairly clean place and favourable location. I got free upgrade and loved it. Convenient hotel, 20 km from Merignac airport. Had smooth check-in experience and the staff was pretty friendly. Furthermore, it had free WiFi throughout the property.

We appreciated location and drinks and good prices. Queen studio was with central heating and flat-screen television. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like China Wok that was only 20 minutes' walk away. Easy check-in.
The bed was hard here.

ideal place, really loved it. bordeaux-lac district won't disappoint you. there is a microwave oven, refrigerator and kitchenware in the room. besides, free wi fi is a bonus.

The beds were good in our room. The hotel was a short way from jardin public. Bordeaux-Lac neighbourhood deserves to be explored. Very close to the airport, 15 km;))
